About The Author

Hi, David here,

Until my 40th birthday my life seemed to follow a pretty normal path. I had the successful career with large multinational companies, married, energetic and enjoying life. But not long after my 40th birthday I was diagnosed with Cancer. This changed "EVERYTHING"!

I decided to work out how this had happened and what I needed to do to heal my body and life both mentally and Physically. I sought out the best training and personal development from across the globe. I also started a journey back to physical health including extremes of exercise and diets. Both of these quests would span more than a decade. Each development building on the other. This book is the culmination of all that work. I decided to share this in the interests of helping as many people as possible.

My 40th Birthday & Cancer Wake Up Call!

This was me on my 40th Birthday. Look at the size of my face! Even worse I didn't' realise I was so fat. Not long after this I got a wake up call with a Cancer diagnosis. I fought it and won! That lead to my first transformation through exercise.

Although successful this was not a sustainable long term solution for weight & Health Management
